Katie Price: Car goes like stink, now paint it pink Jordan pimps new 250mph supercar

KATIE Price is set to PINK her latest ride - a £1million Bugatti Veyron supercar.
The glamour girl, 33, wants the brand-new bright red 253mph motor to be the same colour as the rest of her dazzling vehicle fleet.

So she has ordered the car, one of only 300 in the world, to be resprayed to match the pink Range Rover, VW Beetle, horse box and 125cc scooter she already owns.

The twice-divorced mum of three took the Bugatti to the same car customiser for the makeover.

Katie was in Leeds yesterday to try to break the world record of 1,951 book-signings at a single sitting.

And she used her trip to West Yorkshire to visit customiser Afzal Kahn at Project Kahn in Bradford to drop off the Bugatti keys.

She boasted on Twitter: "Just left @afzalkahn getting this BUGATTI and he is doing it in pink. Can't wait! So you like it?"

Afzal's team - similar to the experts in MTV's hit show Pimp My Ride - got straight to work on the world's fastest road car, which can do 0-62mph in just 2.5 seconds.

A source said: "She will anger petrol-heads worldwide by turning such a beautiful, iconic machine bright pink. But at least it will match her other cars."

Katie, currently dating Argentinian hunk Leandro Penna, 25, joins an exclusive club of Veyron owners including US rapper Jay-Z.

The book-signing record was set in 2006 by ex-chess champ Anatoly Karpov.

Katie failed to break it with a session at the 02 Academy in Leeds for her new book The Comeback Girl - though publishers Random House insisted there was "a terrific turnout".

I thought bugatti selected their customers and as far as i remember the waiting list is 2 years unless you pay twice the original price from a private dealer!!Stupid bint is renting it i guess to make up a story so she can get some publicity!! @ tassiehammer . I think you will find out the amount of books and perfume this oxygen thief has sold to gossip hungry readers and wanna be jordans is very alarming!!

Things are not easy for her at the moment with all this serious news about. What people fail the understand is that every time a Norwegian Nazi nut job go's on a killing spree it takes the publicity away from Katie & that is just not fair. She would have been front page if he was not so publicity greedy.

This amuses me as it is just a childish and pathetic attempt to rub peoples noses in it, possibly Alex after seeing him happy with his new girlfriend in the papers. People who constantly have the need to overtly flaunt wealth or show staged and contrived public signs of affection like her really have a deep seated unhappiness that no amount of money or boyfriends will solve. For all her money she is just a very sad woman that alienates herself from others and cannot connect through lack of social skills. She's a cold fish that pretends nothing affects her when in fact everything affects her but due to her limited emotional and verbal range this comes out as either cruel digs at an Ex or splashing out on something expensive as she foolishly thinks that money equals happiness to the people that diss her. No amount of money can solve her problem though.
